2. AI Technology Provider
Our core generation services, including image-to-image and creative staging, are powered by the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model. Your use of these services is subject to the technical capabilities and limitations of this model.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the legality of images you upload for processing.
4. Credits & Payments
PromptIt Pro operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for each successful generation or modification request. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
PromptIt Pro owns the platform design and the original curated prompt collections. Ownership and usage rights of AI-generated content are determined by the policies of our AI provider (Google) and the specific model (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image). We grant you full commercial usage rights for the final outputs generated via your account, provided you comply with these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
PromptIt Pro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any inconsistencies in the AI model's output.
