At PromptIt Pro, we provide digital generation credits powered by the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model. These are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.
1. Digital Nature of Product
Because our AI credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and grant immediate access to the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image creative engine, all transactions are considered final. We do not issue refunds for "unused" credits or for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in cases of:
- Duplicate Charges: Confirmed billing errors where you were charged multiple times for a single order.
- Technical Failure: Complete failure of the platform to deliver credits after a successful payment that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
PromptIt Pro uses a one-time purchase model for credits. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Credits remain in your account until consumed or until the account is terminated for violations of our terms.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms and will result in immediate permanent account suspension.
